'I Call On Ancient Magics' is INSANELY broken for combo decks. I want to point out YOU get to take advantage of not only getting TWO, count them, TWO CARDS FOR FREE (that you don't reveal I might add) but getting to see what the other opponents searched for.

You essentially get 2 cards to combo win with (How hard is it to Storm combo someone?), or find an answer for what each opponent searched for. It's not the best card for every deck, but for combo decks it's bizzonkers.

'A Display of My Dark Power' is mostly just for flavor. Again, YOU get to take advantage of it first. Since you can usually power out lands thanks to more schemes, you can easily drop your hand on the table. Whenever it gets to the players side, they can play SOMETHING, but it's really just to taunt them for when you flip over 'My Crushing Masterstroke'.

Oops, I win.
I can also argue "Why does Mana Flare give my opponents extra mana" and "Why does everyone benefit from Rites of Flourishing?"

While I admit 'causal constructed archenemy' does have some balancing issues, it might be best to stick to "Standard format" or "modern format" or whatever.
Just look at Planechase the year before. It turns games on their HEAD and back again.

It's totally cool if you don't like it, since a lot of people don't like this and Planechase. But I am a huge fan of games going out of control and CRAZY SHIT happening all of a sudden. It's mostly why I play magic.
Casual fair games have become really boring to me over the years and boils down to "who can get their win condition fast enough".

When you have installed Wordpress you have a menu in the backend where you can search and install plugins, you'll find it.

There are no "real" problems the basic stuff in general runs perfecly fine. But setting it up for the first time takes some efford because you have to read though some instructions online. Which sometimes is a little bit difficult.

But once it runs the only problem you can encounter is that some plugins don't work properly. As you can isntall all kind of plugins or themes to modify your blog some just don't work. Maybe because they are old or this particular plugin doesn't work with your theme. But these are problems easy revertable, as you can deactivate anything with a mouseclick and it works again.

I basically mean, there is a plugin out there in wordpress for nearly every function you can imagine, but finding it and getting it to work is sometimes tidious.

Yes I self host it and I think it is brilliant.
You can install Wordpress on you own webspace and run it from there.
You can install all kind of cool plugins and themes to individualize.
But of cause you have to put in a little more work to find out stuff when something is not working.

The only thing I cannot find is the "offical" wordpress comment box with all the different services combined. That seems to be somethign they keep to make themselves more attractive. But also it might just be that I just haven't found out how to do it.

Thanks for doing this. Was a lot of fun to read my fortune (already wondering about that family member), and I'll have to share this with Jimi and Sam when next they're about.

Quick, unrelated question- do you self-host this site? It appears to be on the WP format, but the pop-up card links would indicate you're using a plug-in, is that right? Being able to use plug-ins for pop-up links is what's making us consider going self-hosted rather than WP-hosted.

Ah ha! I figured it out. As quoted by Wiki which was quoting WotC "The checklist card replaces the basic land in three of every four boosters. Due to basic lands becoming more rare, Innistrad only contains three basic land artworks rather than the usual four, further enlarging the number of functionally different cards."

I kept my pack so I could look at it again after the reading. There was definitely not a land included in the pack. The other card I forgot to mention was the flip-card checklist after the Magic rules card. I hope that didn't change things too much. Was my pack supposed to have a land card?

sensei's top is certainly not a staple, i have maybe 1 deck i would consider putting it in and i still doubt i could find a spot for it. sol ring is certainly a staple however but, i have a major issue with that card.....IT ALMOST ALWAYS COMES UP LATE GAME AND CAUSES ME A LOSS 30% OF THE TIME! its one of the worst cards possible to top deck late game.
